WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Pilates integrates the principles of control, flexibility, strength, precision, breath, fluidity of movement, and body awareness. Pilates repertoire includes apparatus, mat exercises, and cardio.
WHAT IS PILATES FOR DANCERS?
Pilates for dancers uses repertoire that addresses key demands of dance and common imbalances, so that dance performance can be enhanced and injury risk reduced. It includes apparatus and mat exercises to improve upper back extension, turnout, extensions of the legs, arabesques, knee hyperextension, point of the foot, ankle-foot stability, jumps, and carriage of the arms.

CLASSES & RATES
Private Session
55 minutes
A one-on-one session, privates are highly recommended for first time clients and for those of you who want 100% of your instructor's attention. Private sessions are scheduled by appointment.
1 session: $75
5 sessions: $325 / $65 per session
8 sessions: $480 / $60 per session
Introductory Session
40 minutes
Contact Megan to schedule a first time introductory session for only $30! The introductory session is a 40 minute Pilates session utilizing the mat and equipment.

Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase
